Previous projects

She has been previously involved in many educational projects over her career so far. A sample of the educational projects that she has been involved is the following:

Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL): Implementation process: This includes many sub-projects which took place in the University of Liverpool which have been disseminated through various scientific publications (see CV on About me page).

Research Students Community (project for Manchester Metropolitan University). The purpose of this project was to facilitate the members of an online community (supervisors and research students) to obtain knowledge, skills and attitudes towards research.

Publication:

Training academics and non-academics members of staff on the use of Virtual Learning Environments. The purpose of this training sessions was to support them with the design and deliver process, the integration of new technologies into teaching and learning process, and the assessment support of online learning (e.g., course management and learners’ record).

On-line pre-laboratory training courses for the first and the second year physical and organic chemistry laboratories hosted in a Virtual Learning Environment. The purpose of these on-line pre-laboratory training courses was to enhance students’ knowledge on the theory behind the experiments by involving learning activities which promoted formative assessments supported by feedback, collaboration between students and independent learning;
